Who we are and what we do

Our story:

Before Computer Outreach, LLC existed, the current Computer Outreach staff started out as the IT department for Carolina Outreach, LLC, a mental health service organization located in Durham, NC. After years of successfully managing Carolina Outreach's IT needs, the owners of Carolina Outreach decided that the department should reach out to other businesses who had no dedicated IT support staff.

Computer Outreach leveraged its IT expertise to spin off a separate business in 2008, dedicated to providing computer technologies services-such as networking, computer hardware, website development, and home theater-to small and medium-sized businesses, and to non-commercial clients as well.

 

What we do:

With over 20 combined years of experience in the IT service and support areas, Computer Outreach aims to be the single technology resource for our clients. We provide efficient, affordable, high-level support and consulting services for technologies such as networking, computer hardware, website development, and home theater.
