Data archiving & organization

$89 per hour (in 30-minute increments)
$79 per hour if you pre-purchase a 10-hour block
The best way we can explain our pricing is through the following example:
Example - A business located in Durham asks us to network five of their computers to enable simple file sharing between them. We drive to their office at no charge, network the computers using a Gigabit router, turn on simple file sharing on all the computers, and test the file sharing on each computer. We do this in three hours and 10 minutes.
Rounding up or down to the nearest 30-minute increment, we charge for 3.0 hours of labor, plus the cost of the router and cables, for a total cost of $337.00 (our hourly rate of $89 x 3.0 + $55 for router + $15 for data cables).
We offer many tech-related services, and the time to perform each service can vary. We are always honest about our time, and we strive to finish our tasks as efficiently as possible.
To help our clients understand what they are charged for, we keep a log for each service we provide. Each service log contains the tasks requested by the client,
how we accomplished the task, and the time it took to complete the task. A service log is made accessible to a client as soon as a job is completed.
In almost every case, our hourly rates will be less than the "flat" rates other IT providers charge.
We cannot be certain how long every service we provide will take, but we can give you a fairly accurate estimate. Please contact us about any of our services, and, if we can't give you an estimate via e-mail or phone, we will come to your worksite and give you a free, on-site estimate.
We offer almost all of our services to home users at discounted rates! Please contact us to find out our rates and what we can do for your home tech needs.
